In South Pass out North Pass. A week later in and out North Pass. Much rougher than usual. I heard conflicting reports regarding condition of Steele Pass, so didn't try it.How are the roads doing out there did you go in through Steele pass/eureka sand dunes?

Beauty. How was getting a receiver on the front end for your rod and cooler basket?
15psi and it ran like a tank! The Park Service has to cater to the lowest common denominator of folks so they have all sorts of rules. You have to have a offroad permit of course. Free air fill-ups at Tradewinds Tackles right off the beach. (small donation recommended)Looks like a fun time!
How much tire pressure were you running? Doesn't Ocracoke require 20lbs or less?
I had some local guys here in Raleigh (TEQ Customs) weld the receiver to the bumper with a support to the frame. Then cut out the square for the receiver to fit. I have to pop the hood and snake my hand down to get the pin in, but it works great. I like that it is higher than the bolt on frame most folks do.Beauty.
