Doing full teardown and rebuild of an fzj80 front locked axle for my fj140 build. Nothing many have not covered before. Cleaning steering arm cone washer holes was a challenge. Wanted these clean so that they seat well and at right torque. Found a battery cleaner tool works well.

Thanks to @OGBeno for the electrical repair manual. Getting the correct connectors was super easy to make this little pigtail for getting turn signal lights wired to my bumper. Would have been much cheaper if I didn’t use Toyota repair wiring, but it works.

Thought Larch Mountain was outside Corbett, OR? Googled it and there is two, crazy they would call two places the same so close.
Yeah, we were up on the Washington Larch Mtn…I had no idea until this last week, and I’ve lived in Vancouver since 2009 and I was born in Oregon!

I was born there as well, raised in Boring. Did the Oregon Larch Mountain trail hike a few times.

@GeoRoss Who is the manufacturer of your front bumper?
Avid Offroad in AZ. There was a long lead time, but I am quite happy. It was customized from their regular bumper.
