Selling a good 2F of a 78 40 series.
I drove this 40 for about 5k miles before building it. I did a hot compression test before I parked it (2 years ago) and numbers were in between 130-140. I can’t find the book we’re I wrote them down. It does need new valve seals, burns a little oil.
I was going to purchase a sniper kit but going to swap to an LS instead
I am removing the fj60 dizzy, dented side lifter cover, new wires, fj60 carb, headers and Intake, thermostat, water pump and oil cooler. They will go to an 81 40 I am going to restore.
I will include all used parts from the original 2f minus the water pump that ended in the trash.
Comes with a nice and clean bellhousing with the correct rear mount bracket. Aftermarket header mount Saginaw pump with pump itself.
No clutch or bellhousing
