Got it back on its feet again. Drive train is ready to go in with the exception of a throw out bearing. Should be in tomorrow and ready for install next week.

Pretty good week this week. Got the engine, transmission and transfer case back on the chassis which gives some room to start on the body. So far, the tub is as rust free as expected. I had 2 areas that needed patches welded in (left quarter and under gas tank) and some antenna holes to fill. Always hated undercoating but this tub was preserved because of it. Taking a bunch of time to get the undercoating off but the metal underneath is in great shape. I recieved my spray bedliner today and plan to coat the underside with POR15 then coat it with color tinted liner. Will be my first attempt but seems straight forward. Pics of this week's work...

Great job as usual.

Another step closer to getting her back together. After 2 weeks of scraping, sanding and wire brushing the underside was ready to coating. I used POR15 with tintable Raptor liner. Brushed and rolled the POR15 and was my first time applying bed liner with a spray gun. I like the final product and hope it holds up well.
