Those wheels are sweet- are they an aftermarket wheel from the 80s?

They were, and they were REALLY common. I think at least half of the trucks I ever bought had them on. I wish I had kept a nice set!

Never saw a proportioning valve mounted on the fender! Great and the truck looks superb!!!!!!

I picked up an '81 rusty Toyota Trekker a year or so ago. It is a mess! Floors rotted on all four corners of the cab. The sliding windows and tailgate look as though they leeked from the factory and the globbs of silicone applied by previous owners tells a similar tail.

I never posted a build thread for my 62, so I thought I'd better start one for the rusty Trekker while all the pics are on the same device.

It's been on the trail for two years and I've had a blast!
It does everything I ever hoped it could.
A project like this is never really done and it will be going under the knife again here shortly to repair some front suspension carnage.

I believe @Catskills took this shot.
