I’ll watch from here, lol.
I’m off-road lite so no worries here
@wester11 , no, it's totally cool that being off-road lite you're watching from over there, i just hope that you'll get pics of the $h!t show, you know, for posterity.let me guess, you’re the final boss on the overland rig rock slider trail. Don’t need your approval…
Bought 2021, gutted, restored, camped, cleaned and cruised 10k miles. I am not the guy you think I am. Last 2 trips were Alpine Loop and Red Rock wheelin for 3 days in the sand. Thanks for the encouragement though, everybody needs some@wester11 , no, it's totally cool that being off-road lite you're watching from over there, i just hope that you'll get pics of the $h!t show, you know, for posterity.
n as to final boss, only by appointment, not by my own design. you didn't ask my approval, so there was no approval or disapproval. i'm glad to hear you use your 60. however that may be. enjoy the trail
I'm sure you know this already, but it's good to remind everyone that we don't need to prove ourselves with regards to Land Cruisers. You don't need to be out rock crawling everyday to share the same passion most of us here have for these vehicles.Bought 2021, gutted, restored, camped, cleaned and cruised 10k miles. @wester11 , not here to argue, just want understand. what guy do you perceive me to thinking you are? here's my take, you're a fella who built his 60 to do what he needs it to do. then uses it as it was built for. who am i to say how you should build n use your truck? absolutely no one. in our group, TTNORT, up here in the great white, we push no one to build or use their beast o' burden a certain way. just don't build a pavement pounder then whine cuz camp is going to be 8 miles into the woods. yeah, we've had that happen. camp is always that far in.Thanks for the encouragement though, everybody needs some
I didn’t ask either of you for anything, don’t be bullies.@wester11 , not here to argue, just want understand. what guy do you perceive me to thinking you are? here's my take, you're a fella who built his 60 to do what he needs it to do. then uses it as it was built for. who am i to say how you should build n use your truck? absolutely no one. in our group, TTNORT, up here in the great white, we push no one to build or use their beast o' burden a certain way. just don't build a pavement pounder then whine cuz camp is going to be 8 miles into the woods. yeah, we've had that happen. camp is always that far in.

if you want to discuss further, we'll take to pm
I'm a new FJ62 owner and love your rig - so clean! What size tires are you running? Spacers also?
Do you have a restoration/build thread here anywhere?
