I did not reach out to MetalTech. It actually hadn’t occurred to me. They are solid sliders, very strong and I have done rattle can touch-ups on my other trucks in the past… figured I would do the same here.@Sverige and @ElJayBird

I came to make a similar dig on ford build quality but your made a much better quip than I could conjure up. This comes from someone whose pos Ford product has been towed twice in the last 29 days.That departure angle is pretty much a requirement given the steep angle of modern tow-truck beds.
