Could be the Park solenoid, but if it’s still there with the key removed then it’s not the solenoid.
Mine does the exact same thing... very annoying. I think it's just the slack in the pin that connects the brake pedal to the master cylinder actuator. I've thought of ways to try to "fix" it but haven't tackled it yet.

Put a piece of heat shrink tubing on the pin.
i have this issue too...but sounds like click from the tension on the rod to the booster...almost like it needs to just barely pass over a kink...then its fine...no noise...
