Starting to think about springs for this rig.

I want to get a 3” lift out of them.

What y’all think. Any that you have had better or worse experiences?

I have a pair of Delta radius arms coming (some day). They are set up for. 3” lift and will push the front axle out an 1” foward.

About to start putting fluids in.

engine oil - 2002 with 125k
transmition
transfercase
differencials

Starting with these. I am thinking 5w30 or 5w20 for the engine., synthetic?
Everything else I have heard 90weight.
My buddy just said he used sae145.
I remeber reading that Jmack suggested Catro optimol optigear.

What ya'll think?

The front OME ARB FJ75 mediums for the front CS006F
For the rears I married the two long OEM 55 springs to a pack of CS004F for a 60, after removing the bushing spring and cutting the curve out of the #2 spring.
Truck sits perfectly level, travels well, and gave me approx 3" lift. The 75 springs upfront pushed the axle out about a inch. You'd have to ask someone w more advanced knowledge than me how far exactly, but that may work well w your Delta radius arms...

Kinda stoked right now. Turned the round head into a rectangle and while it was still hot just pressed it into the plastic, which gave way til it bottomed out. Now just gonna back it up with JBWeld!

Now I have stainless posts instead of brass or whatever gold material those old posts were.
Maybe they were gold!

Redline 75w90MT transmission and transfer case. Just what I use :meh:
That is what I figure will be my eventual go-to. NV4500 was recommended to use AC Delco GL-4 75W-85, which has a GM part number, that is now obsolete. I was lucky to scrounge the last that my local GM dealer had and a few more on eBay to use in both the trans and t-case. The Redline looks to be the replacement.
