Had the seat frames powder coated and had to narrow the passenger side 9” so the twin sticks had room on the duel cases. I am pleased how the coral color came out on the job, another part completed and checked off, still need to put the backs on the
seats frames.

Who supplied the Coral vinyl? Looks beautiful.

Ron has been busy fabing the air over Water innercooler, meaning it uses water through a separate radiator to cool the air charge from the turbo. Cooler radiator and ducting is in process and will post soon along with the oil cooler for the engine all of this will be tucked in below the master cylinder tucked in nicely is coming soon.

Hi SOR out of Texas did these they were pre made and fit very nicely said by the upholstery guy that installed them. He did have to make mods to the passenger side as i mentioned above that the set had to be narrowed by 9” because of the duel boxes and twin sticks

I am in Coeur d'Alene, about 35 minutes to Athol. My rig is at Valley Hybrids.
I know Georg well a great guy, he has done work for me and i am very pleased with the outcome.
How deep of a dive are you doing on yours?, any pics to share at this time.

Next part to refurbish are the headlights and adjoining parts. As you can see the PO cut out the wire hole instead of removing the rubber safety washer that protects the wires so i had to find a good non rusted out fixture to replace it. Next remove and take apart the assembly beed blast it and figure if i am going to powder coat or gold
cad plate it.

Kinda a repeat of the previous but a few pics of my 45 modified seats all ready to go up to Ron’s next week. I am so happy the way these came out with the black frames and the coral upholstery, and yes the passenger seat is 9” narrowed from stock because of the fuel transfer cases and twin sticks.

Beck from my 2 week jaunt from visiting friends and a swing by Ron’s on the way to Glacer park which was a smoky mess hard to see all the great sights. However was able to see the progress on the 45 that was nice, and will have pics later of the progress of the air over water turbo system along with picking up some parts to rebuild including the headlight assembly.

Here we have the innercooler radiator that is placed on the driver side wheel well and pulls air from the newly made cowl vent made to match the passenger side vent, anyhow slow but sure and the best of quality to match the rest of the trucks build

The powder coating stuff is done and i will pick it up this week. Additionally Ron has been working on finishing up the intercooler parts I think they look great just a bit more on the air filter on the passenger side, it has been a job but worth it all the patterns are made so the 35 will be much quicker

Incredible first class build !
Another set of pics, getting the inlet to the air cleaner to the turbo on the passenger side in front of the heater fresh air inlet. As you can see from previous posts the puzzle is almost taken shape. A bunch of careful work was done by Ron to modify the grill smaller. most of them are very rusted and difficult to weld Ron did an outstanding job using his 60 plus years experience from the Hot Rod days making modifications
