1992 Land Cruiser with 192,340 mi $3,500 OBO. Cruiser starts up and runs, engine started knocking noise. I can’t find anyone in Corpus Christi to work on it. Other than knocking, vehicle is in good condition.

Yes it does get louder when you accelerate.

What about when parked, does the knock persist? Possible drive shaft issue if not?

Still drives around ok despite the knock? Or are you experiencing any shifting or power issues when accelerating?

Since the motor has a knocking noise it might have to be replaced. That’s why I’m only asking 3,500
