Why not keep the tube on the frame rather than the rocker? Also, while your tube mimics the factory steps really nice, i would consider tapering it off at a lesser angle so it stretches all the way along the entire rocker panel length. It will add a bit more protection. That along with your quarter panels and you should be pretty bulletproof from rocks. Thats my 2 cents. With a full body rig i try not to go too slim on rock protection.Going to add 2 standoffs still and then a skin of either diamond plate or something

I did consider running it back more , but wanted to keep the Oe look or somewhat close . the 3/16 3x3 angle on the rocker should hold up . If it turns out to be a issue i will add a rear kickout .Why not keep the tube on the frame rather than the rocker? Those fenders and rocker guards look so good!
Thank you. They are alot of work to get just right but i am happy with how they have turned out .Those fenders and rocker guards look so good!
Oh yes. i will be linking the rear and move the axle backYou're gonna move that axle back a bit right?
This thing is turning out exactly how I envisioned I would build my first 40 once I had the proper tools and shop space. I'm jealous! Any thought in touching base with Bud Built and giving them some feedback on the length of the side panels? Yours look perfect. They should have been supplied so they terminate at or just short of the seam.
