Between @ToyotaMatt for the Fusebox insulator, plugs for the fusebox and cluster and the awesome fuses, @Coolerman for the terminals, 10 gauge wire, various other items to remake wiring harness and Hazard plug. @Racer65 for the Fuse boxes!

Made some progress today...actually lots, ran out of a color and needed to order a few Chevy colors to tie in Check engine light and crank signal.
Re-routed the oil pressure and temp sender wires since they had been relocated with the v8 install many years ago.

The barrel connector is great! All Done on that end...am pretty much done other than Ignition wires and splicing in all the grounds and the blue/red I ordered more to finish the vintage air connection to power the unit.

I did lay in both the stock wiper wiring and the Volvo Wiring so I can hook up either motor. The Volvo runs hot to switch, where Toyota runs ground to switch.
Cruise control wired more efficiently and cleaner this time. 4WD light and check engine light wired in harness. Tach wired into harness as well to power and lights to be able to adjust light brightness.

fuse box insulators....interesting
Yes, my factory had one and couldn't find any until I was talking to Matt one night. I told him he needed a picture of it on his website...I'm a visual learner....and buyer.

Laying out indicator lights and got new CK ENG tag from Redline to Match BRAKE tag.
Wish there was one for 4WD, the other one is Seat Belt. I never used the light in the Belt spot before since couldn't get the light in the back since defrost tube is in the way behind, so need to make a bulb to slip in at a 90 degree angle. I installed both when I put the check engine light in before so it looked like the turn signal light placement of the older cruisers.

New lock sets matched to ignition key by Matt! @cruisermatt
All installed and doors realigned. Where to find the old smaller rubber door cushion. Original had a smaller one, the ones I got from Matt do not fit since the hole would need to be bigger.

Adjusting the radiator placement to accommodate AC and new Volvo fan.
Dad fabricated a new shroud while I cleaned up and painted the seat frames today.

Mud puddles...well, didn't take it in puddles right away right after I painted it blue either... Maybe I will finish my Green one I started over 10 years ago and take that one off road.
You are in luck Gary! I got home early today and picked it up after he cut the hole in it today. I even had a few moments to bolt it together and test the operation. Moves some air, but quieter than I thought....Volvo fan, next to sort out wiring with AC and BMW hi/low temp sensor to run on high and low speed.
