We’ll see—I’ll try but it’s about all I can do every day to assist with basic life functions for five and schooling for three… I may have to do a retrospective after the trip is over! You can see some more deets on Instagram at five.overland in the meantime.

Within a week of buying this obscenely well taken care of ‘99 LX470 with 310k on the clock from @Jrod in Idaho, I had the steps taken off, torsion bars cranked slightly, and a new set of 295/70r18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers put on at Discount Tire. I’ve had Jeeps built on 40s, 600+ HP sports cars, and “regular” cars… This is my favorite vehicle to date!

2005 172,500mi. Picked it up stock about 6 months ago and have been sorting it out. Good bones, was just uuuuused. Decided to do a Toyota paint color match LineX of all the trim and bumpers. I know its not stock color for the gold, but it is the Silver Metallic color from those years, and I think it turned out pretty nicely. The LineX really does a great job of keeping the bugs from sticking. Real easy to clean!
Thats probably the cleanest inside ive seen yet! Mine has scratches, dirt, and who knows what else lurking in the cracks. looks like yours just rolled off the line
