Hey guys, I am in the process of refurbing my gauge cluster and needed to replace the paper gasket. I tried just tracing it onto gasket material and cutting it out by hand but it didn't turn out that great. So I decided to draw it on my cad program and cut it out on our cad table at my office. If anyone needs one of these I can send you the .pdf file if you want to make your own, or I could probably cut a few out if you want a finished gasket. I don't really want to "sell" these, but if anyone needs one I will try my best to help you out. Anyway, here is a pic of the final product, and mine is a '76 gauge.

Great offer Darren. I will look you up next time I have my cluster apart. Thanks!

Nice work. Beautiful new gasket. I am rebuilding my 12/76 and have the cluster out but didn't see a gasket unless it is internal. Does this go between the cluster and the dash?

Yes its internal. You have to take the cluster completely apart to get to it, but it's very simple to do. Here's a pic.
