I know that TLC4x4 moved from SoCal to NC, and that the move was pretty low key, but was it a sale? JW hasn't mentioned anything about TLC4x4 in a long time, and even on his most recent shop tour you can see between this shop tour and last years shop tour he has removed a bunch of TLC branding from the shop?
He also hasn't done a TLC4x4 video in a year.

Not trying to be a tinfoil hat, just curious.

Or this is a topic that's been beaten to death and I've missed it.

I wonder if JW sold off TLC4x4.com and kept Icon. Icon is still located is SoCal and hard at work building custom $200k+ vehicles.

Yes, he sold. I heard he was sick of California's compliance issues regarding engine swaps. He is focused on Icon.

Disappointing to hear, I don’t know anything about that place but Ward’s obsession over perfection/OCD is what made TLC4x4 what it is. Hope the new owners are able to keep up the same level of skill and fab work.
