You're going to want to get some kind of waterproofing on those connections; particularly with where the alternator sits.

Sorry I'm color blind, is that a yes?
At the risk of sounding calloused.....should a color blind person be rewiring color coded wires?
Because of the angle of the picture (where the butt connectors are) I can not definitively tell where the two wires on the left are going.
IF you connected them (by virtue of location, old connector to new) then you are good to go.
OR if you can provide a better pic where we can clearly see how each wire is connected.....then we can make a determination. Looks like you have it right....but I can't say conclusively without a better pic.
