Successfully rescued FJ45-21556 outside Jordan, Montana this week. Blows my mind how many of these LV’s have come out of Montana. Took over a year of back and forth communication with the owner.

Pardon my lack of LV knowledge here. We’re talking the air inlet on the cowl correct? If so then yes. This is now my 3rd LV with the heater cowl vert. Others I have had were 66 and 67 with T brass stamps on the vin tags.

Initial plans were to get it out of the area the owner is older and only in the area seasonally due to health. Had my driver go grab it and bring it down to classic cruisers in poncha springs Colorado for a initial evaluation of what we’re working with here. Got off a 20 minute call with Brandon today and he said “you did good” he had seen my last few LV’s so I am pretty happy right now.

Honestly I’m possibly thinking about it going on a 80 series chassis but just so much work and a very long term project. A lot of the hard to find pieces are on it surprisingly enough.
