Do you have a white Sequoia with sliders and TRD badges ? If so I passed you on the parkway today.Looks like the Acme Pole barn Mechanic Shop out by the casino???? If you need help give your pole barn neighbor a holler!!!!! I can't turn a wrench, but I can crack a Busch Light!!
That’s my old truck, sold to my cousins ex.Found today. May be a S.A. import. Notice the diesel logo. The sheet metal looks very good, ignore the reflections in my photo that give a wavy appearance.

I think I saw this 40 at Autocore in Waterford a couple years back - maybe more ........... Probably pre-pandemic, the great time stamp. That’s my old truck, sold to my cousins ex.
It’s a Nova Scotia truck with a 3B diesel, H55 5 speed and disc brakes
It’s a nice truck.
Nice looking 40. How was the trip ?Flew to Boise Idaho last Friday and picked up this 1967 FJ40. Drove it all the way back. Pit stop in Greenville MI at Bowfin Cruisers to say hello to The Emersons. She will making a topless appearance next summer in and around TC! [The 40, not Jessica Emerson....]

Awesome looking 40!The seller’s name is Josh and I found it here. He is an airplane mechanic. Everything you would want done to a 47 y/o 2F was done. Oil pressure was constant. Didn’t lose any oil. Temp ran very cool the whole way. Original 2F and 4-speed. Same as my 60. Ran at 70-72 mph through Nebraska. Never had to drop into 3rd climbing in and out of Salt Lake City/across the continental divide. In my 60, I’d have been down in 3rd gear. The passes weren’t like Vail or Monarch to the south, but I was accelerating in 4th goin up hill. Shorter wheelbase tended to move around the lane a bit as semi’s blew by, but it handled fine. As hard as that 2F was pulling throughout the trip it made me realize that my 2F in the 60 needs a re-fresh...... I’m thinking I may ship it out this winter to get a re-build rather than storing her in the pole barn. Really looking forward to next summer, top down driving around town.
