I just found it. It looks like I would need pretty much the same plate you have, for the doubler and twinsticks.

Any chance you and Dennis want to go run Chinaman Gulch when I get this build done?

another happy customer. Tank5 and I spent a few hours together on the phone getting his 5 speed Automatic shift plate worked out exactly like he wanted. My publisher design will go to the printer where they will make the copy ready proof for Tank5's final approval. Thanks Tank5!!!
