The Warn was in need of a little attention.

Sadly we didn't get a pic of it cracked open, yucky.🤮🥴

We cleaned it up, resealed it, upgraded the wiring, and it'll get 125' of new wire rope.

The old rope was bit chingared although it did have a nice chain for killing trees and such...obviously pre-tree saver.

We always recommend synthetic rope but that wouldn't look right on this thing, plus hopefully the winch is retired from any serious duty at this point in its life.

What rust converter did you use on the air cleaner before you used the fluid film?
Black Star, we've had good luck with both the aerosol and liquid. The aerosol is best used up in one sitting though, the nozzles clog quickly once used. :)
