So, about time I updated this. This will be cross-posted from my build thread in the 70 series section.

HE221W 5cm
Custom fab shop CT26 to HE221w adapter
standard v-band outlet on turbo
Benzforce waste gate bracket
benzforce compressor outlet adapter to 2.5"

Lines up pretty good.

All mounted up with some temporary hoses/boots.

Using FZJ80 air cleaner lid as it's the same intake size 3" as the HE221W

The dump pipe is from Denco in Australia. 2.5" Vband and fits perfect back there.

I only had a temporary oil drain hose and it sucked. It got nicked on install and ended up splitting on 1 trip. Also my oil drain pipe that I bent was cheap metal and split so I didn't trust it at all.

I found on 4btswaps the factory cummins drain line for the HE221W.

Much nicer setup. I only needed a small section of hose. Clearance is tight to around the turbo and adapter due to the clocking, but it works nicely.

Here's a 45ish to 65 accelerate, again not full mashing it, probably around 1/2 throttle. This is just a 4th gear pull.

The only other mods I have done, is the fuel screw has been turned up for a couple years maybe 1/2 turn, and the timing has been bumped a little. I can't see any smoke at all now so I know I have much more room to put more fuel to it, along with more boost.

Things I will probably try.
More turns on fuel screw
Tighten waste gate pre-load
guide wheel adjust
boost compensator

The next mod needs to get the exhaust finished and 2.5" all the way. It's getting choked right now with the factory setup. A big thanks to @Dougal and @Nz Nath for all their work/testing and using the HE221W/TDO04's. So far, that HE221 is a great match, much much better than the CT26. Now I don't have a Gturbo or Munro custom CT26 so I can't compare.

Is that auber guage showing egt in Fahrenheit? If so definitely need to up the fuel. I run an intercooler, but I'm pretty sure my egt was really low and safe with the fuel maxed

Wind that fuel screw up and mash it! You will probably find you will run out of fuel/cooling capacity. I have the fuel screw in mine all the way in, fitted a 1HDFTE fan and hub, it still gets warm on long pulls.

Yeah I just had to make sure all was good to go before upping everything.

Did you do the guide wheel and boost compensator?

Yep, running in Fahrenheit. I was getting it up to 900ish uphill in the wind. So I plan on getting more fuel and letting it breathe intake/exhaust better.
