Great to have that kind of support. Much thanks!

I now have a set of left handed bits and extractors along with spares for these. Won’t be repeating this. Trailmator had all the right tools and made a trail repair and I was able to drive it out. My list of spares keeps getting longer, fortunately the studs and cone washers are cheap and light.

So Brian, was there some trick to accessing the studs without needing to remove the brake rotor (wheel bearing, etc) to remove the brake shield?
I tried tightening my stud nuts up today and could only get the torque wrench on the inboard nuts. The outboard nuts are too close to the brake shield to work on. I could get an open end wrench on them and check that they're as tight as can be reasonably done with a breaker bar on the wrench, but that's risky business looking to break a wrench or round off a nut...

I just used a box wrench on those.

What a great Cruise Moab! I've been participating in this event for several decades, I think only Greg "Cheesman" Luer has more under his belt 😎

It's become a family reunion at this point :D. I spent Tues-Thurs with a group in the Swell, Friday on the trail with Toyota (the new Sequoia is neat!) and then some exploring with guys from the shop on Saturday. Cleanup policing the campground in Sunday. Busy week!

Looks like a great time. Would love to do a Swell run sometime.

Thanks for sharing your part of the adventure we all call Cruise Moab. If you in San Diego please hit us up if you need anything or want to come to a meeting @cruiseroutfit

Well myself and @KTP started the Moab 2022 adventure on Tuesday with drive to St, George and then left there on Wednesday. We made it to our campground and set up and headed to @Phulcrum and @elripster AirBnb. On Thursday we did Hells Revenge with the four other members. After Hell's Revenge we did half of Fins and things with no issues. On Friday we did Hurrah Pass, Jackson Hole, Chicken Corner and the trial we should have not done alone....Lockhart Basin. The first three were simple and fun. The the first two miles of Lockhart Basin is hard and then just unrelenting for about 22 miles and then the last 15 miles were easy. Saturday we ended do Dome Plateau which was a moderate but had sections that were difficult mixed with easy parts. So pictures will be on those days.

Photos to come.
