Alright so @mrboatman may have the key to the rubber spacer figured out. So now it's potentially the pin spring, pin, contact plate and maybe the large isolator bushing?

I heard from someone today that @65swb45 may have had a few of these metal plates stamped out before? Is that true Mark? Do you still have them for sale? If so that would be another part figured out!
Amazing! Nice work! Will give you a call about these. For Sale - SoCal-Section 120-early horn contact parts
This is a project that I started several years ago that never got finished. I wanted to be able to offer the horn contact plates with the contact spring and pin, but never worked out the logistics for them. In the meantime, the plates are gathering dust. Plates are available for $10 each...forum.ih8mud.com

New product in the works thanks to @EmanC. Coming soon to our website.
Hi there,What was your process for finishing those?
Sandable primer?
Color/black coat?
Fill in text/logo with model paint?
Clear over top?
I was thinking a thin epoxy might work for a top coat, but it'll be difficult to maintain the sharpness of the inside lines. It'd be potentially a tougher top coat.
Still waiting to hear from you.Amazing! Nice work! Will give you a call about these.
Ha! Totally right, my first job was not selling deeply discounted mattresses. Before Land Cruisers I was heavily enveloped in the tuner/VAG scene...
I have shown this to @wngrog countless times. This time you would have thought he was a 12 year old with a Playboy magazine. We just uploaded a very cool document that was generously lent to us by @jomelo. Its a 1964, salesman's handbook for the Toyota Land Cruiser. Cool early 40/45 info . Thank you @wngrog for making this happen.
