I asked the same question earlier in the thread and here was the answer:

Builds - My Tucson 40's

I am all registered and insured. Will get a few more items cleaned up tomorrow and go for a cruise. Only recent visual progress is I installed the blower duct. It's one more part on the truck and off the work bench.

I used Rustoleum dark machine gray. It's was a little lighter than a factory paint rim I had, but pretty close.

It's a roller.

Frame is painted. Leaf springs already bolted back on. Working on cleaning the axle housings now.

Great job!!! What do you used to paint chassis?

Gave the tub it's first round of buffing. Then started bolting stuff back on. Mostly to get items off the floor and side drive. It's starting to look like a 40 again.

I am back. Spent a week in Illinois for some family stuff. All went well and reunited with some family and friends I haven't seen in like 20 years. Great time.

Got a few repainted items back on the tub. I think with some AZ sun......everything will blend together nicely. I don't go back to work till Wednesday, so I should be getting some serious crap done. Stay tuned.

Popped the hubcaps on for some instant gratification.

I repainted the 2 major areas off concern. It turned out pretty good. The driver floor will blend in quickly once I start driving it.

Bolting on more items. New paint is blending in well with the surroundings.

Pedals with new oem pads and kick vents installed. Added the sticker for some extra flair. Painting some dash stuff in our favorite pewter color.

Painted the dash. Need to make it look new as its on your view as a driver.

Looking for a complete 3 speed transfer case floor shifter assembly. Anybody got one to spare.?

Spent most the day rearranging heavy stuff in the side yard. Got the "new" donor motor on the stand and ready to work on. Need to get the rest of the drive train sorted, cleaned, painted and resealed. Let the motor fun begin.
