I finished demolition of the roof today. I think I have enough tin for the ceiling.

I was able to salvage a doubled 2”x12”x42’ beam. I use my pallet dolly to move the three pieces around.

I had a productive afternoon. It took me about 4 hours to strip all of the metal from the wall. There is approximately 1000 sqft of metal laying on the trailer now.

The Sunday evening after I pulled all of the sheet metal from that wall, we had a little wind overnight.

Today a friend and I pulled more sheet metal. I think I have enough material to accomplish my goals. I put Samson to work as well.

Good progress this weekend. All of the high framing is complete on this end of the building. I need to run some more wire and then I can start framing the room in this end of the building. I apologize for the poor picture. It was late and all of the doors were closed.

A little preview of tomorrow’s task. My order arrived early so I managed to hang the first light after work, before the sun went down. Hopefully I will get the other three mounted and all of them wired tomorrow. Thanks @ceylonfj40nut for the link on these units!

I installed the rest of the lights today and wired them but they are not hot yet. I will make the connection to the panel tomorrow while it’s raining.

Thanks George! Hopefully the best is yet to come.
Just found your thread, very cool!!! Definitely nice work and build...

I have made good progress this week. If I weren’t going to LA (lower Alabama) for the next three days, I think I could finish the insulation.

@cult45 Thanks! It’s not Cadet blue, I think they call it Hawaiian blue.

Looks pretty close. Either way it looks good! You must be stoked to have a massive shop!

@cult45 Thanks bud! I will be more excited when I get to set it up and can use it. Right now it’s just a hole in the back yard soaking up all of my free time and resources. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sounds like a film!
