3650 miles covered in 10 days to Golden CO/San Rafael Swell/Moab and back to TN!

Good news, no new real issues to resolve and just a few more trail stripes.

Why not something smaller like a heat exchanger from a supercharged car? It would cover less grill space.
Civic radiator is not too big. I don’t care about covering, diesel engine on landcruiser cooler than petrol

plan to do the same covering to my drawer. Where did you get your carpeting from? Do you have a link? It looks good
I haven’t been able to find it online, but i got it at lowes. It was in the back by the big rolls, comes already cut in a package and there are a few colors. here’s the label:

I installed with Loctite 300 heavy adhesive and used a sharp break off utility blade extended nice and far, it cuts real easy.

Damn!!!! And I thought my rig had low miles. That thing is just getting broken in, I sure hope didn't have any issues with your trip.
Thanks! It was an another epic and trouble free trip!

This one typically only gets out for adventure (10th Cruise Moab) I kept it in CO for several years till 20’, which kept the miles relatively low for the past 18 years I have owned it.

I'm aware of how cool these trucks run.

My point was for fab purposes and size.
A heat exchanger off say a ford lightning cobra or gt500 is only about 200cm tall, 650cm long and 80cm thick.
They're designed to keep a high temp super charger cool.

It should fit cleanly between the frame rails.

Its too big, civic radiator are smaller.
I have on my car 40 row trans cooler on a left side.

Civic radiator perfectly fits on a right side.

Finally got all the major projects wrapped up and out of the garage. Got to start using it for daily and weekend adventures.

Managed to install a seven pin trailer harness and wire in tbe bumper lights which magically made my D light start working again.

Engine is quieter on startup with the rebuilt power steering pump. No more oil on the floor with the oil pans all sealed back up. Not Darty any more with the new delta arms. Going to have to get used to how this thing feels all over again.

Do a search on Lowes website using the Item #652450. I found it at my local lowes.

Started installing Wits End qpm,

First to go in is the 100ah battery, I put this battery together from parts from batteryhookup.com I want a hidden dual battery system.

Also made some felt Liners for the ashtray and delta console. I have had one in the ashtray for a few years after driving down the first good washboard in death valley.

I've been sitting looking at a pile of 18650s and planning the same thing. Did you use one of those spot welders and if so which one. I keep looking at them and wondering how good they are for the money.

They had these all packed up in 3.4volt packs so I just had to wire 4 in series and add the bms. So like 1/2 diy.
