I’m walking better than I have in 5 yrs.
Took no prescription pain meds…..my range of motion, 3 weeks out is 5* past what is considered full @ 135*
I could not be happier!

I credit my Surgeon, puts all of patients on a strict diet, 6/week pre & post operation. I’m down 30 lbs, and plan on staying on this plan……
