The value of the yen has been declining steadily for the last several weeks as a result of oil prices and central bank policy. A U.S. dollar will now get you about 124 yen, which means that 4 globes from Impex has gone under $500, plus shipping of course.

I just heard about this on reddit and came to see how prices have adjusted for AHC gloves, looks like I'm buying some new gloves for my 2001 LX470, thanks for the update guys!

Just received my globes from Impex. Thank you to this forum and its members.

Order placed April 19 for 4 Globes (2 FR, 2 RR) $523.11
Order received in warehouse April 23
Shipping $103.22 April 23
Adjustment $2.66 April 25
Order received April 29

Now to replace them on the truck. It is still has 7 graduations from HI to LO, so no rush as of yet.

2 containers of 2.5 liter AHC fluid from local dealer $126.51

If I’m looking at this correctly there are three different part numbers; one for both front globes and a different one for each rear globe. I’ve found two of the three but can anyone confirm the part number for the left rear globe.

this is what I have so far:
Front Globe: 49141-60010
Right Rear Globe: 49151-60010
Left Rear Globe: ???

Just two part numbers. Front and rear. What you have listed is correct. 49151-60010 is the rear globe for both sides.

Installed the four globes, and new bleeder screws. Flushed the system fluid. Checked the pressures. All set. The ride is much improved from what I can tell.

Purchased them for my 200…..believe 100 uses same parts.

Was like $500 shipped and arrived in 10 days. Amazing.

No, the 200 uses different globes that are considerably cheaper. It sounds like you overpaid given the current exchange rate.

@04UZJ100 200 series globes are ~$80 each, and $100 - $200 shipped for 4 of them depending on Fedex or DHL, you still got a great deal don't let anyone ruin your day.

Fed Ex is like $92 so 200 series globes should have been like $410 or less. I worked hard to completely ruin his day, and rightly so, and then you come along and spoil it. Party pooper!

Meh. $1600 cheaper than dealer. I’m still ahead.

Pretty much almost anything can be bought. Nuts, bolts, clamps are in their JDM packaging. Most of the rest of items come in your typical toyota labelled package.

Most Toyota brown boxes are removed and repacked in their own boxes for shipping savings.

You can order Daihatsu and Hino (Truck and bus companies both Toyota owned) parts for your LC bearing the same part numbers if they’re cheaper. It’s the same exact item.

Nice to know! I didn't order the springs because the description was in Japanese but will research more and most likely order in the next day or so. Total for 4 accumulators was 456 and change plus shipping!

Suggest all should go carefully when ordering -- different parts (different size and volume) and different part numbers for ‘globes’ on LC100/LX470 versus LC200/LX570 – but definitely there are still great deals on all of them just now!!

LC100/LX470 ‘Globes’:
Front LH & RH: 49141-60010
Rear LH & RH: 49151-60010

LC200/LX570 ‘Globes’:
Front LH & RH: 49141-60020
Rear LH & RH: 49151-60020

AHC/AVS system on LC200/LX570 is more complex, includes additional ‘gas chambers’ a.k.a. ‘accumulators’ at Front and Rear, different from AHC/TEMS on LC100/LX470:
