FJ62 Electric Antenna Wont Go Down (2 Viewers)

Hey folks, as the title states. I've been meaning to replace my antenna mast which I finally got to but the antenna won't go down. I've tried two different motors with the same result. They go up fine but won't come down. Has anyone seen this before? I made sure all of the connections were good and everything seems fine. It USED to go down when I bought the truck albeit was very finicky. Is it possible the switch is bad? Just wondering what I should be looking at.

And no, I don't want to put a manual one or aftermarket in

It sounds like the switch is bad.....just do /\ this.

make some jumper wires and just put power and ground to the terminals....if it goes up then reverse them and it should go down. If it goes down you have a switch problem. @ToyotaMatt probably has a beautiful new switch for you

Just tried it. Antenna goes down fine from jumping the wires. Looks like it's the switch. Thanks for the help folks! I'll order a new switch.

New switch fixed it! Back in business, baby!
