Have timing belt and water pump been done? Does AHC work properly? Do all electronics function? How many previous owners? Do you have service records back to 2000? Is there rust underneath?

Hello! Timing belt and wp have NOT been done yet. It is a PM that I have not rushed out to do.
AHC works perfect.
Electronics have a few quirks; the power side mirrors no longer fold in or out. and the power door locks occasionally dont work.
I am the 3rd owner and have had it for 7 years. The previous owner had it for 12 years and the original owner for 2 years. Dealer maintained up until 90,000mi when I bought it. I maintained it myself and if i couldn't do it SDTrux in San Diego (a certified Lexus repair shop) did all that maintenance.
CA car its whole life, no rust underneath. There is some rust at the passenger A pillar from a poor windshield replacement.

Understood. It has been a great car for our family! Only reason we are selling is because we bought a new one, same color and everything!

I only got $12,000 budgeted for one right now (including any additinal servicing I would need to do). Maybe if it's still not sold in 4 months or so I'd have enough saved for this great example.
