Correct me if I'm wrong, but this image has never been posted? One of my favorite photos from Four Wheeler Magazine (September, 1977 issue). Man, I remember drooling over this photo in younger days. Tru-Tracs rule! It would be six months later that I purchased my first FJ40. I had this photo pinned to my bulletin board (see tack mark(s) at top of photo) for many years. I think, but am not sure, that this photo was taken on the Rubicon Trail - or if not, somewhere in the Sierra Nevada. Looks like it was 100 degrees that day! All feedback welcome!

Looks like an area just south of Kandahar and just north of the Pakistan-Afghan border. Basically the only area that flat in the entire country
