Hold on to your 100 series, fellas, don't make the same mistake I did. (1 Viewer)

I sold my 100 on mud and bought a 200. Both are stupid reliable and remarkably capable stock. That 4.7 engine IMO is a masterpiece. Its a million mile motor. Time will tell on the 5.7, but so far I like everything about it but the gas mileage. LC’s in general aren’t perfect, but they are damn close.

Picked up a 2006 today, 215K miles. It needs a little love but other than that, very clean. If anyone know what kind of spray paint matches the trim/cladding i need to restore it, looks dull.

has some rust but isn't terrible, as long as i can see some silver in the torsion bar adjustment bolt, i'm okay.

You’re my twin now, except mine isnt stock anymore. Same amount of rust too. The cladding is the same paint code as the rest of the car, yours looks faded but it should be same exact color.

I just bought this steering wheel for it, it's a little thicker and looks sporty. Mine has some blotches on it right now and the wood has some spider cracks in it. For $250 it's worth a try

That looks amazing! Having a hard time imagining making something like that for only $250. Looks way more expensive

Handsome truck. Love those wheels! Your radiator looks to be in the way out. It has that orangish black color. Also, what rust?!?

rusty compare to my last truck, but otherwise it's clean for a NE truck, mainly western MD kept.

Yeah i'll keep an eye out on that radiator, for now i'll just be using the truck locally, but if i decide to take another cross country trip then i'll overhaul the entire cooling system. heater tees on the way as well as fresh AHC fluid to flush.

Some day I’ll post my rust bucket for everyone to laugh at. That looks amazing.

Seen these a lot, love the look of them. Biggest complaint on the interior is the steering wheel hah. Wonder if a GX460 wheel would fit 🤔

I've been driving german cars all my life, they have nice thiccc steering wheels, the LX's wheel is very skinny, this one looks like it has a little more girth to it. Anyone with this wheel can confirm? From eyeing it, it looks to be thicker.

Whenever you're ready to sell, shoot me a PM.

Crawled around underneath today, i still can't believe this is a North East truck for 15 years, 3 years in PA, 2 years in NJ, and 11 years in MD. Some people wash their trucks after it snows and some dont. The rear shocks cover is flaking but everything else looks good.

I have a few things planned for it, sliders and wheels/tires a must, AHC lift, maybe roof rack, and interior work.

Damn I'm glad you picked that one up. I saw it on FB marketplace too and it was a screaming deal for 15. Glad you picked it up and not a reseller/dealer. Looks minty.

I would've bought that one in a heartbeat if I didn't already have a 100.

It's funny that i'm the guy who sold the wheels to him 2 years ago, he had an 03 then, rusted like hell, when he saw mine he went home and found this one not so rusty. I thought it was a good deal in this market for sure, truck is good, 3 owners, clean carfax, and tons of service at the dealership, TB/WP done couple years ago.

Never have and can’t say never will sell, but it would have to be an emergency if I did.

Didn't know FedEx delivers on Sunday, but it's awesome...slapped these on, i will replace the accumulators/globes, flush the AHC and sensor lift it sometimes this week. These wheels look good but on stock height, rub city. Mainly that one corner of the front bumper.
