I like this. I would say everyone’s time is equally important and that is the challenge for me personally. I know i have lots to work on. I appreciate all the insights and feedback.I check myself out as I'm shopping too, but then I still have to pay for my stuff when I'm done checking myself out.
Yeah, but the parking lot would be jammed full of people trying to bag their own groceries or just chucking cans of corned beef hash in the back seat.
That's one of my biggest pet peeves, people who think their time is more important than everybody else's. For me, it manifests most when two lanes merge down to one. Pretty sure one day I'm gonna go all "Falling Down" on somebody that blows past a line of cars and expects me to let them wedge in front of me when I have been waiting patiently in line like everybody else. A coworker of mine said that she does that all the time and I told her that she better not try and push her Prius in front of my truck or else we're gonna trade paint. She seemed offended.
