Hi, thanks for the membership

I'll like to show some pictures from my frame off resto.

The truck is a TLC BJ42 LX from 1984, I have used the TLC as a daily drive for 1.5 year, before it was put aside for restoration. While using the J4 as a daily drive I upgraded it with EMU, Air lockers, new breaks and breaklines etc.
The restoration has been on/off since 2011, but luckily 2 new crew members join the team in the same period, to help the progress (for those of you with kids, you'll understand the on/off thing, for more than 9 years

). But we have hit the ground running now and have restarted the project

Thanks, it is running with a 3B diesel and 5 speed gearbox. I'll be upgrading with a turbo charger and Intercooler.

I quickly recognized the tank straps was very rusty, so I made a kopi of them in stainless. While I was at it, I could as well make some extras, it was a good trade of for other spare parts
