I was curious.. and I have a fork lift. And well.. just because!
New stock 200 series 2020 Heritage Edition. 708 miles.
I have about 200 or maybe 250lbs of tools in the back I normally carry around for work. Tires: Dunlop Grandtrek 285/60R18. I think about 30” tall. I lifted until the other tire on the same side lifted.. then lowered until touching. I was also curious due the the initial mysterious rear coil talk that’s in the Heritage. Seems it is different but I am not sure how other than a bit taller. I’ll find out more about those when I set up my trailer for towing. My unscientific finger test seemed that there was about 2-1/2.. maybe 3” of space above the front stuffed tire to the fender well.
At rest.. without forklift molestation.
Center of wheel to inside edge of fender.
Front: 20”
Rear: 21-7/8”
*Drivers & Passenger side were exactly the same and after the fork test thing.
Lifted. Measured from floor to bottom of tread at the outside edge.
Front: 25-1/2”
Rear: 24-1/2”
Interesting to see how this compares to non Heritage models or even aftermarket suspension.
