You could walk up and pay the day of the event. No cutoff. You may not get a patch, sticker or a shirt in your size if you leave it too late though.
So do you know the cut off for all of the above? Looking like I can make it!

Unfortunately we can't predict when the stickers and patches will run out. The shirt will be likely available even at the event if you're one of the more common sizes (M-XL) if you're needing 2x or larger you'll want to register ASAP as we won't be ordering a lot of extra 2X + shirts.

Due to a scheduling conflict with Shadowlands, the event is being moved to the OEX grounds accross the street from the Outpost. Stay tuned for more details on how we are going to make the most of this much larger space.

Can't wait. For the good weather and good Wheeling.. Nico and I will be driving Ernie again. new driveshaft included

Any way to order extra patch? Youth size shirts...this kid just isn't growing fast enough.??

UPDATED MAP OF THE EVENT LOCATION.

Some of the benefits of our larger space include the "NOT QUIET CAMPING" area as well as walking distance to the outpost for food/gas/trail passes.

Where possible, please use as little space as you can so that more folks can get access to the shaded areas. Those of you with no need for shade, please feel free to spread out! The "Large Trailers/Campers" area can be used for tents/RTT/other as well - it's just the flattest area available, and has an RV friendly dirt road leading to it. There will be no reserving of spaces - so please show up with your groups and show up early to ensure you are in a spot that fits your needs. The quiet camping area has large trees and it's own firepit so those of you with very young kids should plan on setting up there. Little legs might appreciate having a bike/scooter or other way to move a little faster from one spot to the other since it's a few hundred yards from the dinner/raffle.

You'll note a "NO TRUCKS" area on the map. Please observe this religously, as well as a safe speed (5mph or so at most) through the whole event location.

After the event, any leftover patches will be made available for purchase. (Not expecting there to be many if any)....

As far as kids shirts, that's an interesting question. We may be able to help out possibly. Will let you know.

Awesome! The larger area will also allow for social distancing...

So, is this still a thing? I know several events in late April and early May have already been canceled

As of right now we have no plans to cancel.
We will re-review at the end of March.

No worries! Totally legitimate question - and a decision that we do not take lightly. Hence the delay in finalizing it till at least the end of this month.
