Wind wasn’t bad until late in the evening, maybe 10 or 11 is when it started to pick up. Gusts got pretty good through the night, but for this place and this time of year it was actually pretty tame. We vacated on Saturday morning when the rain came.

When you pack for three days of primitive with the wife and two kids.... this is just the roof rack. I unloaded it, turned around and busted out laughing. #roofracksmatter

Great route! Does anyone know what that dam (?) was used for? I know where it is, but it just seems so out of place. Maybe as simple as just another grain mill.
I was wondering that too. I tried to find info on it a couple years ago, but no dice. It looks to me like maybe a rock slide filled in behind it?
