You doing up an old church?

That’s an optimistic load for that truck;)

That would be the neighbor’s... we regraded our yard so we spread and reseeded. It looks more impressive than it is - pretty fluffy

chased some stage rally cars at the 2019 Oregon Tail Rally
also got to flat tow a car ~50mph a few miles down a stage road (which is a bit faster than I used to be able to)

We logged roughly 350 miles driving around southern oregon.
Merlin to gold beach via bear camp road.
Gold beach to Bandon to Winston to Canyonville to Tiller and home again.
Pics only from day 1.

A bit more information on my Michigan adventure.

"Patty" - my new-to-me '94 Pickup - made her first visit to ACC Garage. These guys have worked on my FJ Cruiser and Land Cruiser since 2008.

And so the "resurrection" begins!

Badwater Death Valley, Aug 4, 6:15AM, 97° (forecast was for a peak of 121°, we didn't stay to find out):

Visited the lowest place in KA that you can drive to, Badwater Death Valley @ -282 feet, and the highest place in CA that you can drive to, Barcroft Station @ 12,470 feet, in one day via mostly dirt roads.

A/C failed on the drive out there, so 3 days in ~100° heat with no A/C. Just like old times!

Some other shots from the trip:

The body shop! Just back from dropping off the doors and fenders. The shop owner said "Oh, they're in great shape. We'll redo that and fix that, but yeah... these are better than I expected." They're pulling the flatbed frame off to better access the cab too. I'm kinda glad the body shop doesn't have a webcam... I'd waste all day checking in on it ;)

Ouray, Colorado. With High Desert Cruisers.

Hey me too! Shame we didn’t bump into you. We were in Escalante doing some canyoneering
If I had seen that I would have remembered, and probably run you off the road to chat.
