Not mine, but they look interesting. These really 'factory'? My guess white would not be the best color to keep clean...

But I like the reflective under-layer

Matt You have some Awesome stuff on here. Good Job.

Don't suppose you have P/N 51980-69016 (Pintel Hook and hardware)?

Should still be orderable from the dealer -- for a price.

Yup. North of 400 bucks at a discount. List is close to 600 bucks.

Worth a try. In the unlikely event they have it in stock, they’ll likely charge a lot of money in shipping to make up the difference.

Well below dealer cost. Gotta be a typo. Either that or they somehow ended up with one and can't return it.

Thanks guys - I'll let you know if they actually ship it ($14 and change for shipping)

I hope you get it for that. They are cool but not 400 dollar cool.:)

I do not show that part number including the mounting hardware. Requires four nuts, four washers, two bolts and two eyebolts. The Eyebolts are special. Those are for the safety chains. Are angled to clear the Pintle enough for the chains to fit. Probably going going with a Pintle that the bottom end is cast into a two inch trailer ball. Have a small trailer made from a early seventies Toyota pickup that has a two in ball and 1/4 ton military trailer with a lunette ring. Will use Toyota eyebolts. Like the Pintle because it really doesn't hurt the departure and less likely damage the rear frame member than hitches that hang below the frame if your off road. Personally like a Pintle which uses a cotter pin to lock it closed. For some reason Toyota never used the cotter pin.

The eye bolts are not live in the US market and would need to be sourced from the middle east or other applicable market.

Would this be because all the Land Cruisers imported with them on are pre 3/69 so they do not show them ever imported to the US? Believe it was during 1962 when they were no longer standard in the US. Have a service bulletin somewhere with a date. There are reproductions of the eyebolts for the Willy's Jeep. Look the same. The early Land Cruiser trailer light plugs were the same as the military used during WWII. Have a few of those.

More accurately it would be because that part hasn't applied in this market for decades. if the Mother Ship thinks that one of these shapes is not like the other it gets blocked.
At this point some dealer needs to get involved claiming that the part was indeed used in the US market
