You need a different winter beater now that you’re making the ‘88 so nice!

I agree but can't convince the wife. 80 is rust free though

How bad is the salt in Iowa? Probably not as bad as some states, but I’ll wager it’s worse than Washington. Do you do the Fluid Film or Crown or?

Not as bad as when I was in the Chicago suburbs, but Iowa will salt at the end of every storm on the main roads

This is my first year trying fluid film on all 3 vehicles so we'll see how it holds up. Before that i would just pressure wash every 2 weeks or so at the drive in car wash

Made the air compressor bracket and working on air plumbing options. Yukon zip installation in process

What did you do with your charcoal canister?

Version 2 of the rocker, using the screw hole mounting locations. Also making progress on the OBA plumbing and wiring

I've had good luck with this product for 3D prints: XTC-3D®, High Performance 3D Print Coating

You paint it on and it "melts" the print a bit to give it a smooth, glossy finish. Really turns out nicely. Smooth-On also makes various moldmaking compounds so that you can make a mold of the 3D print and then quickly cast duplicates in other materials.

Brackets are fully welded and painted. Final compressor and tank install. Diff drilled tapped and doesn't leak air. Rocker panel switches in.

Just need to wait for a warm Saturday to install the differential

Nice work on the air compressor hookup, looks great!

I can't help but notice...but what's up with the silicone globbed all over your A/C evaporator ports? And I've never seen a hard A/C line going to an evaporator either! Maybe a PO installed the A/C before you got it..

Washer nozzles from a Honda odyssey.
