Finaly getting things organised, I still need to paint the second half of the floor.

Nice man. From what I've read, those lathe milling attachments aren't very rigid. Small cuts, slow feed, very small capacity type of thing. I sold my milling attachment after the first job that wouldn't fit in the vice, and bought a mill :p

Not to discourage you, I'm interested to see how you like that setup.

I know they aren’t that functional as a Mill.
I plan to get a Mill later but it gives me the opportunity to do some light milling and already collect some tooling for the Mill.
Just waiting for the right moment.;)

Took a piece of scrap from the pile and changed it into a bracket for my small air tools.

Drilled the holes 25mm

And turned some snug fit holders on the lathe and pressed them in the holes.

Very Nice!
I'm afraid you might get so organized you'll never find anything.
:)

The problem is that everything is all over the place and with limited time to work cleaning and organising is last to be done.
I’m trying to organise in a way that things are easy to get and put back. I know now what is used where most.

Looking into Fume extraction using my suction fan. The idea is to make a box or large piece of pipe connecting to the fan and connect 2 smaller pipes to that. One for the front and one for the rear of the shop. At the end of each pipe a piece of flexible pipe, a swivel point with a short piece of pipe. On the pipes a ring with two hinges connected to a section of pipe a hinge and another section of pipe. Between the sections of pipe is a piece of flexible pipe is used. At the end another piece of , rigid, flexible pipe is used with a suction end. The hinges will provide stiffness for the pipes to be manoeuvrerend in a chosen position.

Does anyone have experience with a setup like this?
