Help Deciphering a Dealer Service (1 Viewer)

Looking to purchase an 2013 LX570 and I noticed that it had the following service logged:

SERVICE: ENGINE DIAGNOSIS/REPAIR
DESCRIPTION: ENGINE DIAGNOSIS/REPAIR ~|~ENGINE DRIVE BELT IS ORIGINAL AND DRY ~|~ ~|~76681 100 REPLACED BELT

Is this a pully belt or timing chian?

Sounds like the serpentine belt to me.
