Hi, I pulled this during my rust remediation project. Time to put on a new one. Anyone know the part number? If not..then what would you call it? Was near the front. Mine has a diff drop and 2.5 OME lift.

That is the remnants of a front skid plate.

This is a 2004 100 series...
If you have a diff drop the cover needs spacers, which are provided by the diff drop manufacturer. If you don't have them, you will need to fab some up.

Yah, thanks, now that i think about it...I think a big 1 inch spacer came off at the same time. Ok. Im going to get a after market kit and use the spacer (s) I have. Going Steel. Any recommendations?
