Changed out the sombrero for the old school “Toyota” grill and valance from a 91. Also added a “new to me” ARB bumper. The front end definitely turns in slower with the added weight, but so worth it!

So I detailed this thing at my shop until 2:40am. Polish and an Orbital Buffer do so much for 20 year old paint. Didn’t bother with the roof, planning to remove the rails and paint it eventually.

Noticed I was Leaking coolant, pressure tested the system and confirmed the location of (hopefully the only) leak, going to go ahead and order some new hoses, plan to replace the low pressure power steering hoses off the reservoir as well since they were showing some real signs of wear

PHH completely kicked my ass. I actually had to come inside for a few and look through the faq pics so I could find the little bastard. I used my kit from @NLXTACY. Thank you for the bits & pieces!
Let's see: tried to be stubborn and get it without disconnecting the hard line. I finally undid the top (hcv and top bracket) and broke the bottom bracket.
both of my breeze clamps came undone completely, and I stubbornly fought trying to get them started while still up in there.
I eventually got it all back together though. (going out in a few to double check bolts that went back on in the dark and fill her back up with coolant).
To those that have actually undone the bottom bracket bolt of the hardline (WTF)? I couldn't even get my little 1/4" drive and 12mm deep socket in between the 2 hardlines to get at that bolt.
I think if I had to do the PHH on the roadside, I would thermal charge my truck and start walking.

Replaced the windshield washer reservoir in my son’s 92 with a spare I had on the shelf from @NLXTACY. Much cleaner and more pliable. And not leaky!

I soaked the filter/strainer in vinegar and water mix. This is all of the crap that was left. Gross.
