The customer really liked it and now that I have all the CAD files... things will go much faster now. He plans to bring in one a month starting October, most will get an armor option from me.

I made it all. This rack was 1.25" x .065" square (steel) it weighed 85# with mounts. The new rig will get an aluminum 1.25" round x .083" and weight about 70#, but will be 10" longer and have a fairing with recessed PIAA lights.

I can make an aluminum version. The rear design was sold and I will be making a new design in late Nov/Dec.

Those would be special CUSTOM orders in aluminum. Don't plan on seeing that unless someone else orders or I get really bored and slow.

Yeah, I've always got something to do... Speaking of...

Today while on the road I finalized the design of the 7075 Aluminum swing arm spindle and hub. Just waiting on pricing from my machine shop in Iowa now.

I'll build aluminum bumpers for 60 and 100 and use them as a test sample. I'm gonna make a run down to Baja in the 100 as soon as I get it ready.

Front bumper got started. I didn't make it to work today, I've come down with chest cold and Mrs. TT said NO WORK TODAY!
