I’m sure someone else has done this, but I couldn’t find it. Replaced turn signal on a 2006 and the only way I could figure to do it was:
pull the grill (3 screws and push two tabs down low l)
Loosen two bumper bolts (one up high in the fender by the tire, one down low near the frame rail).
Remove the metal strip under the headlight. (Remove one screw near headlight then gently pull out).
Then all the bolts you can see and easy peasy (one is hiding right under the bumper which you can pull down enough to get if you loosened the bumper.)
