Took the rear seats out, so much room for activities now. New carpet, drawers and sleeping platform soon.
Also, restored most of the black trim. New weatherstripping on the way.

How did you level and secure the sleeping platform extension?
I haven't yet. I'm going to use a z-fold system. I'll post it up when I finish though.

Very nice at big bend today . Probably won't see any Stars tonight though.
My spare tire is 3 years old and I have been thinking I should get a cover for it before it sun rots. Could you post some more pics or details of your cover, I am curious what your using?
It's a besttop cover with a trasharoo on it. Cover is very nice in my opinion and easy to put on .

Yup a family rolled off and all died, it is a nice trail very pretty, the pic of you in the turn right next to the punch bowl is where it used to be bunch big ledges and the forest service came in and knocked it down. I lived there for awhile and is always fun spot to go, you can jump from the road to the punch bowls and there are a couple of caves in the area
Went fishing with the fj80 - So far the best vehicle in the sand that I have had. runner up was a 86 toyota sr5 p/u
Usual 5k oil and filter change. Preventative charcoal canister replacement.
Mounted my air tank finally in expectation of finally finishing the base-lining and getting out on trails.
These should help with the trails too. Going to be a big week for the Cruiser.

Bled the brakes.
Installed my sub/amp combo in factory sub location.
Removed factory sound deadener with dry ice. Just smashed it up and spread it around and then lifted our the factory deadener on huge chunks by hand. It worked like a champ. Then in stalled noico sound deadener with a layer of their sound proofing foam on top. Still need to do the front two rows. Got free labor out of my nephew.

Is that a power tank regulator and handle on your tank? If so where did you source it from?
Today I replaced the drivers side seat bottom foam and then installed cloth seats in the 80.
