VGRS light, no driver control of other windows (1 Viewer)

VGRS light on, no driver door panel control of other 3 windows, and no lock/unlock by driver armrest button. AHC will not go up. No issue of water in from windshield that I can see. Had dealer replacement 3 weeks ago from a leaky PO windshield. However, ton of heavy rain last 2 days and this sits outside.

I have read the thread back in 8/2014 of a similar nature, and replaced the EC-B 10A fuse, as well as all of the 4 other 20A fuses for each door window. Other thoughts?

Have you confirmed no water intrusion? I would find a friend and have them hose down the windshield area while you inspect for leaks.
