02 lx 470 with NAV and ac is ...... NOT WORKING!!

I bought this truck for a deal I think. $4400 with 270k.
02 with NAV. I just replaced the AC amplifier with a good one... nothing happens when I hold the auto and RF buttons plus turn key to ig on, and nothing happens when I hold info and turn lights on and off 3x’s...
HELP
Total newb here to the land cruisers and lx’s. Assume I know nothing.....because that would be an accurate assumption.
